  He is a nationally respected higher education executive, transformational speaker, and tireless advocate for educational equity and inclusive excellence. He serves as Senior Vice President for Student Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer at Oakland University, where he became the first person at a major university to hold both roles simultaneously. Glenn leads a division of 24 departments and co-chairs the university’s innovative partnership with the City of Pontiac, aimed at eliminating equity gaps and creating opportunity.
