Howard was also deeply engaged with the State Board of Education, attending all meetings to better understand the challenges facing Michigan’s educational system. A long-time resident of Bloomfield Township, Howard and his wife, Nancy, have lived in the area since 1991.
Outside of his professional endeavors, he volunteers his time with various cultural and social service organizations throughout Southeast Michigan, contributing to the well-being and development of his community.
